After changing to a new phone, I lost my 2FA
Download the mobile app on the new phone and login using your master password to access your 2FA tokens. A new device verification email will be sent.
Will there be a version of the app for family and business
Yes. We aim to launch the family and business plans in the 2nd quarter of 2025.
Is there an API for developers to build on top of the app?
We have this feature planned in our roadmap. Detailed timeline will be available after launching our mobile apps.
Will there be a mobile app on PlayStore and AppStore
Android and iOS Mobile Apps as well as Chrome extensions are all available as of now.
I lost my password, how do I get into my account?
Go to the login page and click on the forgot password link. You will be sent an email to reset the password. Please have your backup key on hand and access to your email account.
